The body of a 63-year-old man who was reported missing Sunday at Lake Ray Roberts has been recovered, according to Texas Parks and Wildlife officials. Texas Game Wardens said the victim, identified as Charles Luksich of Sanger, was found Monday, March 30, by the agency’s Underwater Search and Recovery Team.  Witnesses told investigators Luksich had jumped off a boat to swim and cool down on March 29, but went underwater and did not resurface.
