Tom Thumb will open its doors for customers on Friday, December 12th at 6:00 a.m., according to Director of Public Relations for Tom Thumb, Christy Lara. Employees have been busy inside getting the store stocked and ready to go. “We are excited about the new Tom Thumb Sanger opening and can’t wait to meet our newest guests on the 12th at 6:00 a.m.,” Lara stated in an email, recently to the Sanger News. Craver Ranch could have 9,000 homes near Ray Roberts Lake, city meeting planned Dec. 2
A developer is preparing to turn a large ranch just east of Sanger near Lake Ray Roberts into a large master-planned community worth billions. Old Prosper Partners LLC has been working with the City of Denton to prepare the 2,870-acre Craver Ranch, which city officials estimate will become a $5.1 billion development. Sanger ISD’s long-range facility planning committee meets
Sanger ISD’s Tradition & Tomorrow Partners, the district’s long-range facility planning committee, met again, recently to continue developing a plan that prioritizes safety, security, and student success. The Bond Planning Committe is meeting with VLK Architects, Inc., to have a plan for the district’s vision for future growth. Growth is coming withschool enrollment projected to double in the next 5-10 years. SISD and the committee is trying to get ahead of it. Th
