Whitworth Construction Renovation

Whitworth Construction in Sanger is renovating their historic building in downtown Sanger. They are undecided what the building use will be right now, but are considering three lease spaces or one large one depending on who comes in or wants it. Whitworth is using a property enhancement grant through the City of Sanger, which was approved on January 24. After a building permit for the facade is granted and construction starts it should be completed within 6 months. The front awning was recently removed to get proper measurements from the old historic windows to order new glass. The building will be updated to look like the rendering above:

Last month, Whitworth Construction began renovating this building located on the northeast corner of the downtown square. Most recenty, it was the home of Reesestocks Appliances. It’s been a Church, Auto Parts Store and McDaniel’s Grocery in the 1970’s and early 80’s.
