Whataburger set to open soon, HOTWORX coming to Sanger Crossing

Sanger Crossing announced this week that HOTWORX is starting construction soon at the new development, according to Joe Askew - Vice President of Development for Malouf Interests.  HOTWORX came to market with a unique infrared training method in 2017 with the first location opening in Oxford, MS in February of that year. Now, in just 9 years, the franchise has grown to over 850 open. It is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.

HOTWORX provides a 3 DIMENSIONAL TRAINING experience with elements of 1: exercise, 2: heat, and 3: infrared energy through the use of their sauna for each of the isometric and HIIT workout types. Training in a 3D environment greatly accelerates your metabolism, gets you to your target heart rate sooner, and forces your body to acclimate to the heat which conditions you for optimum performance in normal everyday environments.

CROSS-TRAINING incorporates the use of multiple workout types within the same day or the same week of a workout routine. Cross-training is a vital component of the HOTWORX method and it alleviates boredom from the practice of only one workout type. Cross-training keeps motivation high and promotes the work of different muscles and different work for the same muscles which elevates your performance for each consistent workout type you practice. Cross-training allows for multiple sets of muscles to be worked and strengthened rather than only the muscles that are worked from the practice of a single workout type.

Askew confirmed Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is still coming to Sanger. He said they are close to getting their permit soon to start construction - hopefully this month.  It will be located near 7Brew Coffee.
