Sanger Circle developer confirms Whataburger coming next to Tom Thumb

Malouf Interest, Inc., the developer for the retail, mixed use Sanger Circle has confirmed that Whataburger will be coming to Sanger. It will be located just east of Tom Thumb on the service road.  See MAP TO THE RIGHT:  Whataburger has a status as “Review Complete” by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Architectural Barries project database.   It involves new construction of 3,335 sq ft Whataburger  restaurant.  The design firm listed is Gensler (a major architecture firm frequently used for Whataburger projects). The estimated cost is $2,600,000. 

Dorado Nail Bar will open a 4,500 sq ft facility next to Tom Thumb and an AT&T store will start construction in the shopping center next to Tom Thumb this month, according to Joe Askew of Malouf Interest.
