Sanger Chamber of Commerce Awards Luncheon held at Creekview Venue


The annual Sanger Area Chamber of Commerce Awards Luncheon was well attended at the Creekview Venue on FM 455 W last week.

The local chamber is thriving. They have 146 business members and held 10 ribbon cuttings in 2021. There are four more ribbon cuttings slated in the near future.

The awards presented were: Teacher of the Year - Katie Grant (Chisholm Trail Elementary); Business of the Year - BnB Stone (owners Chance and Kelsi Bannahan; New Business of the Year - K’s Gourmet (owner Kara Meyers); Person of the Year - Amanda Gibson (The Gibson Agency / Farmers Insurance); Chamber Appreciation Award - Donny Mack (Beaver Builders); and the Business of the Month - McDorman Signs.
