New office building under construction

Sanger Dentist Dr. John Harvey Reed Jr., DDS is building an approximate 4000 sq. ft., commercial lease space on FM 455 just east of Sanger Family Dentistry (1670 Chapman Drive). Ideally, it will bedesigned for finish out for 1-3 office/professional/medical tenants. FIG TREE HOMES (owner - Ian Sears, of Sanger) is the contractor for the project.
