Isle du Boise State Park Facilities Re-Opening, only two boat ramps open on Lake Ray Roberts

ISLE DU BOIS PARK FACILITIES RE-OPENING FRIDAY 7/12

Thanks to the receding lake levels and the hard work of the Park Rangers and Volunteers, they're excited to announce a few more park facilities that are re-opening at Isle du Bois as of Friday 7/12/24:

                   - Bluestem Grove Equestrian Campground

                   - Wild Plum Primitive Campground

                   - Boat Ramp

                   - Beach & Picnic Area

                   - Randy Bell & Lost Pines Hiking Trails

                   - DORBA Mountain Bike Trails - A, B, & C Loops

                   - Wagon Wheel Crossing Equestrian Trail

                       (IDB to Greenbelt)

The Greenbelt Hike and Bike trails North of FM 428, the Jordan Park Boat Ramp, and the Lone Star Lodge & Marina also remain open this week.

All other Ray Roberts Lake park facilities, campgrounds, & trails, including Johnson Branch & the River Paddling trail, remain closed this week due to continued flooding and storm damage clean up.

(Check closure alerts before you make a drive, we are not the only park experiencing high waters and severe weather damage)
