Many residents of Sanger recall when the 16,500 square foot hilltop mansion off FM 455 and McReynolds Road was listed for sale a few years ago. Pictures of the interior circulated online, offering a glimpse of the stunning estate, which features eight master bedrooms, a ten-car garage, two family rooms, and multiple outdoor balconies with breathtaking views of Ray Roberts Lake. The property also boasts an infinity pool with a jacuzzi, a wet bar, and ample space for entertaining hundreds of guests, complete with outdoor grilling and dining areas alongside a fireplace.
The mansion and its 68 acres have since been sold and are being developed into a gated community featuring 22 two-acre lots, each offering beautiful views of the lake and valley. The minimum home size in this community is set at 4,300 square feet.
A Grand Opening event was originally scheduled for this weekend but has been postponed until January to avoid the holiday rush. While most of the concrete streets are completed, there is still some dirt work and pavement that needs to be finished, particularly due to the recent rain making the area quite muddy.
During the Grand Opening in January, the public will have the opportunity to tour the stunning estate home, which will serve as the centerpiece of Lakeside Estates. Visitors can also explore the available two-acre lots and enjoy delicious food and entertainment. For more information about the project, please visit www.lakeviewsanger.com. Additionally, the mansion is still for sale on 7 acres and will feature a private gate and fencing around the property. For details about the mansion, visit www.triotexasranch.com.
