Fresh Look in Historic Downtown Sanger

Workers chiseled an outline of the State of Texas, to expose the original brick on a building at 311 N. 4th Street in Historic Downtown Sanger. The building (4,000-6,000 sf) is being completely remodeled. Dark custom windows will be installed in the near future and the building is available for lease. Whitworth Construction is owner/contractor for the remodel and they are considering dividing the building.
