Demolition of FM 455 (Clear Creek Bridge) west of Bolivar began Aug. 6, alternate route map provided

The Texas Department of Transportation FM 455 Bridge at Clear Creek project began on August 7, 2023. The bridge is located on FM 455 just west of 2450 in Bolivar (orange line) on the map to the right: There will be nighttime closures from 9 PM to 3 AM on the nights of August 6-15th for the setting of Rail and the Demolition (non-explosive means) of the existing bridge. During nighttime closures of the bridge/FM 455, a detour is in place for traffic to utilize FM 2450 and Indian Trail and then use cross streets. The alternate routes are shown in purple. Drivers will be diverted on FM 2450 or Indian Trail roads and can cross at Davidson or Michael roads.
