Freedom Fest is a FREE EVENT - Shuttles will take you to Porter Park

Join the City of Sanger on July 2nd at Porter Park for Freedom Fest, Sanger’s annual 4th of July celebration. It’s a FREE Event. Patrons can bring your coolers, chairs, strollers on the shuttles. The shuttles will start running at 3:45 p.m. and will continue to operate throughout the day. Park at four Sanger ISD schools - Clear Creek Intermediate, Sanger Middle School, Chisholm Trail Elementary and Sanger High School: Your wait time should only be 7-10 minutes between shuttles. Coolers permitted need to be no larger than 14x7x12 and no glass containers. As a reminder, alcohol is not permitted in City parks.

This year features water slides, carnival rides, live music, plus food and merchandise vendors!

Concluding the evening will be the first-ever fireworks show in Sanger. This is one event you certainly don’t want to miss! It will be a 20 minute show set to music. The show is sponsored by DEF Recycling, LLC.

The Concerts are FREE! Stage Schedule: 4:00 PM Event Opens; 4:00 PM Tim Urban - American Idol season 9 finalist will perform.

5:30 PM will be Brandon Davis - Country Music Sensation who began his career on Instagram. He is now touring with Tim McGraw. He has an album released, “Hearts Don’t Rust” and a second album released last month “Forever and Always”.

7:00 PM Country Artist Tribute - Salute to Eric Church, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney. Remember, they are a tribute band.

At Dark (approximately 9:30 PM) sit back, relax, and enjoy an exciting fireworks show.
