McClain’s starts on new 100,000 sq. ft. dealership
Construction is underway on a new 100,000 square foot dealership for McClain’s RV Superstore in Sanger. Nate McClain, owner of the Sanger location, is excited about the project that is expected to take approximately 16 months to complete. The new facility will include a large showroom, parts, and accessories store, 20 service bays, a body shop and offices. Progress can be viewed on the McClain’s website at www.mcclainsrv.com.
McClain’s opened in Sanger in June 2011. Sanger is one of five locations in north Texas and Oklahoma: Denton, Fort Worth, Rockwall, Oklahoma City, and Sanger. The Sanger location has McClain’s KOA Campsite that offers full hookups at 168 sites. Each site has 30/50 amp service and will accommodate any size rig. The Campsite offers many amenities: a club room for visiting rally guests (up to 50 people) and the Sundown Banquet Room (500 guests) for large events. The Sanger Education Foundation Gala and Auction recently held their annual event in the Sundown Room. Nate said, “Sanger Education Foundation is a great group of people that always bring the Sundown Room to life and make it look awesome.” The KOA Campsite will accommodate overnight guests passing through as well as weekly and monthly stays.
McClain’s RV and the KOA Campsite bring a lot to the Sanger economy: folks purchasing fuel, supplies, dining, and shopping at the local businesses. The new McClain’s dealership will be a full destination stop for RVers. “The new facility will be bigger, better and more convenient.”
The goal for McClain’s RV Superstores is to have acres of RVs to choose from and the Sanger location will soon have 20+ acres of the best products in the RV industry.
